oaks ‘n acorns parties are the classic social birthday party. The birthday boy/girl and their friends are the single focus in our environment, so the kids feel connected and special. It’s like having a party at home, but with disco lights and much more wiggle room, and of course without the clean up (we’ll take care of that!).

On top of that our children’s entertainment is a great addition to your party. Our talented instructors will capture everyone’s enthusiasm, make the birthday girl/boy feel super special, and have all your guests/children participating together. It’s truly what makes a fun party memorable.

  • Bring your own food and party supplies

Your party includes one staff who will assist in the set-up and tidy-up with the Hosting Client for the duration of your party. We do not provide childcare during your party. The hosting client must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times.

A $100+hst non-refundable booking deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining party balance is due day of party.

Additional details such as packages, add-ons and instructor for your party will be confirmed by our party coordinator after you place your booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Rescheduling of this party date and time can be arranged if the requested change is at least 2-weeks prior your party date. There will be a $20 rescheduling fee charged to your card on file. Additionally, any party date changes with less than 2 weeks notice, or cancellations at any time, will result in your non-refundable deposit being lost.

Withdrawal and Transfer Policy

Policies in effect as of Jan 1, 2019, these policies replace all old policies.

Party Cancellations

Party cancellation at any time: $100+hst non-refundable deposit is forfeited upon cancellation.  

Party Rescheduling (to another date)

Party rescheduling with more than 2 weeks notice: Rescheduling is eligible for up to one year;  $20 rescheduling fee is due upon rebooking.

We were very happy with my sons party at Oaks ‘n Acorns, kids and adults alike, had a great time. It was one of my favourite parties that I’ve had for my kids (and I’ve had 12!).  Most of all, the birthday boy loved it!

We just had our daughter’s 4th birthday day party at oaks ‘n acorns and we had a blast. My daughter really enjoyed herself and so did all of my guests. The staff were both fantastic and extremely nice. The place was so extremely clean and every well equip for all ages. Would totally recommend them!
